Orders placed after 5 pm or at the weekend (and Public Holidays) will be processed the next working day.

We estimate the delivery date to your country to be around 2 to 14 working days.
We will send out the items you ordered from our nearest warehouse or from anywhere we deemed fit.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated via DHL real time rates. The calculation is based on the weight, size and volume of the items, and the shipping destination.
We do not accept cancellation of orders once payment has been made. We do allow an exchange with products that have the same value as the purchased items.
Request for an exchange must be made within 1 day of payment via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Any request at a later date will not be entertained.
No returns or refund will be entertained.
You are entitled for product replacements in these circumstances:
- This is applicable for defective goods by manufacturer’s error or incorrect product shipped only.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and photo evidence in the event of a defective product.
- All products must be returned, unused, in its original packaging, with all the appropriate paperwork and accessories (where applicable).
Items lost in shipment
- For unreceived goods, you must contact us immediately if our products have not arrived at the estimated time of delivery. Cases of unreceived goods will be subjected to our investigation.
Replacement will be of the same item only.

As the importer, you bear sole responsibility for the clearance of the goods and any issues that may arise from an inspection or hold. The consignee of the shipped items is taken as the importer in any case.
